8/23: Pro-RCV Candidate Canvass - Sue Shink - Jackson & Ann Arbor

Showing up for pro-RCV candidate Sue Shink during this election season will boost Rank MI Vote's grassroots influence and help us make change next legislative session when we introduce (AND PASS!) our Local Allowance bill in Lansing.

How do we do that?
Attend the canvass organized by Sue Shink's campaign - Jackson Canvass OR Ann Arbor Canvass - wearing your Rank MI Vote gear to connect with voters about the candidates we need to go to Lansing. Then report back to RMV to help us track and inform the campaign of our partricipation

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Sign up here to let Rank MI Vote organizers know you're going to!
2. Then - sign up with Sue Shink's campaign on Mobilize - Jackson Canvass - OR Ann Arbor Canvass (2 shifts: 1pm and 4pm This is how you will get meet up details and instructions for the shift that works best for you.
3. On the day of the canvass, show up in your Rank MI Vote gear to let the campaign/candidate you know you're a Ranked Choice Voting voter and ready to help them get elected.
4. Take all instructions from the organizer and if they ask you to change out of your RMV gear, do that! You will have already made the impression that you're a Rank MI Vote volunteer and the candidate knows we're helping their campaign.
5. At the end of your shift, come back to this Rank MI Vote event listing OR go the Materials section in our Qomon volunteer app and fill out our Shift Report google form to let us know how many contacts you made during this shift.
